NEW:   SODA BLASTING  SERVICES

SodaBlasting

Soda Blasting uses sodium bicarbonate (soda) in place of sand in the blasting process.
This soda is just larger particles of the baking soda used in the kitchen. Perfect for blasting kitchen equipment.

The soda hits the surface of what is blasted and the particles explode shattering away unwanted coatings without damaging even delicate surfaces such as glass, lights, chrome bumpers, plastic parts  and door gaskets.

Soda Blasting removes paint, coatings and surface contaminates with no damage to the surface cleaned.

There is no heat buildup so WARPING IS ELIMINATED .  No warping of aluminum sheet metal occurs.

Soda Blasting ELIMINATES FLASH RUSTING because sodium bicarbonate  is a rust inhibitor and leaves a protective coating on surface.

Sandblasted surfaces must be repainted immediately to prevent rust from occuring.
Soda Blasting allows for some time to pass before the surface is repainted.  It will leave a protective coating that can be removed with a light application of vinegar or citric acid.

Soda blasting breaks down hydrocarbons making it excellent for cleaning engines and engine parts to remove oil and grease.
Critical engine componets with small passages can be cleaned and rinsed off with water. This helps eliminate disassembly and masking.
